Most of you know that I am a voracious reader.  I usually knock out a couple of books a day depending on what is going on in my world.  I decided to do a post that showcases some of the books I have read in the last week or two that I absolutely adored.

I don’t like to review on a 1 to 5 system because your 3 might be my 2 and so far.  All of the books listed here I would recommend at a 4 or better.  These are books that I have bought and would buy/recommend to my friends.

First up is Guided Love by Tracie Redmond.

I was going thru a reading slump and and Tracie reached out to me and offered the first book in her Prick Series to me.  I fell in love.  Seriously.

This book had everything I wanted in a story and then some.  Check out the blurb.

Sam Jacobs has been best friends with Camaron Willis since the second grade. Ever since the day they met her heart belonged to him.

Now graduating from college Sam moves across the country to start their life together. They have been planning this for years, she will help him with his tattoo business while writing her first novel. Together, they will make their dreams come true.

Life and people change, Sam finds herself discovering that the one you thought you always wanted may not be the one you need.

Sometimes life guides you to places you always should have been.

She offered me the second book in the series, Weathered Love and I bought that one because I knew there was no way that I wouldn’t absolutely love it as well.

She succeeded beyond my wildest dreams.  I am sitting here patiently  (snort) waiting for the next one.  Check out the blurb and tell me you don’t want to one click it now.
Life doesn’t come with a weather forecast. There isn’t a report to tell you when a storm is coming. When the dark clouds roll in, you are lost to the depths of your own making.

Camaron Willis only had one person he could count on. One person who could always lift him up. After almost destroying their friendship he has to sit back and watch her marry someone else.

His world is consumed with darkness as the storm clouds wage on in his life. The only escape he can find is at the bottom of a bottle. He works, he drinks, and he sleeps with any woman who is willing to spread her legs. He doesn’t even realize the darkness has consumed him, until he finally catches a break in the clouds and finds a glimpse of light shining through.

I preordered The Fix Up by Kendall Ryan awhile ago so I was excited when that dropped to my kindle.

Loved it and can’t wait for more from Kendall.  Here is the blurb cause you know you wanna read it.

My tempting and very alpha friend Sterling Quinn is someone I consider off-limits.

It’s not just that we’re friends, he’s also cocky, confident, and British, which means he’s a walking aphrodisiac.

But lately he’s been giving me the look. You know the one. When he thinks I’m not paying attention, and his gaze lingers for too long.

When we start working together, that’s when the sexual tension between us gets so thick, I want to hack through it with a machete. I want to make all these deep feelings I’ve harbored for him disappear, because there’s no way this can end well.

The lines between business and pleasure become irrevocably blurred, and I’m stuck between a rock and Sterling’s very, very hard place.

Rather than keep a level head about our growing attraction, Sterling wants to go all in, showing me just how explosive we can be together.

But I’ve been around long enough to know that this British bad boy is more than my heart can handle. I’m not about to be cast aside like yesterday’s underwear when he’s done having fun.

Sterling’s never been told no, and he’s not about to put his ego aside and play by my rules. But I never thought he’d fight so dirty.

The rest of these were absolutely amazing but I know if I sit here and start talking about them all you will get bored very quickly.  I love books. 🙂

The above books were all delicious.

All of the following books were great reads. Some are books I have read multiple times and some are newbies to me but all of them were great and I recommend you one click them all. 🙂

For those of you who made it this far, I do know that Hat Trick is still on preorder.  I lucked out and got an ARC and it is freaking amazing.  I love Gavin!!  Go one click that one now.  I will wait…

Did you get it?  Good.  I read the Neighbor from Hell series by R.L. Mathewson again.  I have probably read it about 50 times.  Here is the first one get them all. I am a proud member of the Bradford family and yes I have the tshirt to prove it.

While you are at it make sure you get the entire Pyte series by her as well. Here is the first one. Love me some Ephraim.
So, these are a few of the books that I have read in the past week.  Make sure you check them all out.  Have fun, lovelies!
